Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with approved plans, technical specifications, and project standards.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, quality assurance, and document control activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
• Represent the company during executive-level meetings, client presentations, and project coordination conferences.
• Identify project risks and develop practical solutions to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Minimum of 20 years of solid experience in Construction and Project Management.
• With LEAD Certification.
• Extensive experience in project scheduling, site supervision, quality control, testing and commissioning, and project documentation.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Willing to be assigned on-site at NAIA.
