Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support global projects, business transformation initiatives, strategic programs, and product launches within a pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage cross-functional and global projects across multiple functions, regions, and teams.

Support business transformation, strategic initiatives, and product launch activities.

Maintain PMO processes, project tools, reporting, and documentation.

Collaborate with global commercial and marketing teams to support project delivery.

Support project planning, risk management, resource planning, and performance tracking.

Prepare project status reports, presentations, and summaries for stakeholders and senior leadership.

Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, town halls, and project activities.

Support senior PMO leads and project managers with project delivery and governance.

Ensure effective communication and alignment across global teams.

Identify project issues and support timely resolution.

Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree required.

5+ years of experience managing matrixed, cross-functional, or global projects/programs.

Experience with business transformation, strategic initiatives, or product launches.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent English communication skills.

Experience working with diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.

Familiarity with PMO methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

Experience Supporting International Teams Or Initiatives Is Preferred. Pharmaceutical industry or marketing experience is a plus.

Project management certification is a plus.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
