Project Manager

Miles IT is seeking an organized and dependable Project Manager to coordinate technology and business projects from planning through completion. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating teams, communicating with clients and stakeholders, tracking project progress, and helping ensure deliverables are completed efficiently and according to project requirements. The ideal candidate has strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
• Coordinate communication between clients, stakeholders, technical teams, and internal departments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, task assignments, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delays.
• Communicate project updates and important changes to stakeholders.
• Organize project meetings, status reviews, and planning sessions.
• Help ensure project requirements and deliverables are clearly understood by team members.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to resolve project issues.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, schedules, and status information.
• Support quality checks, testing, implementation, and project completion activities.
• Help improve project workflows, processes, and communication practices.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with client expectations and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous project management, project coordination, business, technology, or consulting experience is helpful.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and common project-management tools.
