About us

Sui Chong Construction & Engineering Co., Ltd is a Hong Kong-based construction company with core business in Construction of new buildings, building maintenance & repair works and Alterations & additions Works.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison between the client, consultants, and all internal/external parties to ensure smooth project completion.
• Oversee all site works to ensure they are safe, on schedule, and efficient.
• Ensure all works meet client requirements, industry codes, and statutory regulations.
• Manage main contractor activities and lead the site team, including local subcontractors and specialists.
• Prepare and maintain project programmes and schedules to track progress.
• Review site progress regularly and report status to the Contract Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience and minimum 7 years’ project management experience in HK’s building construction industry.
• Corporate member of a building related professional institute (etc. MCIOB/MHKICM) is a must.
• Good project management and communication skill
• Strong leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-driven and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese and written English and Chinese
