About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Palmy team.

This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of your own projects and client relationships. You will be involved from the initial job scoping and quoting right through to planning, coordination, delivery and completion.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Scoping and quoting projects
• Developing project plans, programmes and budgets
• Coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials and resources
• Managing projects from start to finish
• Keeping projects on track, on budget and to a high standard
• Managing variations, costs, risks and client expectations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients
• Working closely with our site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Keeping communication flowing and making sure everyone knows what’s happening
• Identifying issues early and finding practical solutions

You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be backed by an experienced team across Senior Management, People & Culture, Quantity Surveying and Health & Safety, giving you the support and expertise you need to succeed.

About You

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, communicate well and get things moving.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• A tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
• At least 3 years’ experience quoting and managing construction projects
• Experience managing project plans, programmes, timelines and resources
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Great communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to juggle multiple projects without losing sight of the detail
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
• The confidence to make decisions and keep projects moving
