Project Manager

Location: Dodgeville, WI

Pay Range: Based on applicable experience, seeking candidates with all levels of experience

McCON's Support Center team manages commercial construction projects across the continental US. We are a family-owned company known for our experience in commercial construction, our service to our clients, and our performance, both in the field and administratively. We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarize self with construction documents, review subcontract bids, verify for accuracy and communicate discrepancies.
• Communicate with architects and civil engineers for clarification and alterations.
• Act as a liaison to the customer throughout the project.
• Manage subcontractor contracts, schedules, and materials.
• Complete material take-off, order materials, line up and coordinate utilities, and coordinate material deliveries.
• Daily communication with site superintendents and regional superintendents.
• Coordinate call back and adjustments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience.
• CAD experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with Sage Contractor 100 Software or equivalent Integrated Accounting & Project Management software.
