Project Manager

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in handling various projects, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Capable of creating detailed project schedules and accurate budget estimations.
• Experienced in monitoring project progress and financials.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, understand all phases of construction, and apply appropriate execution methods.
• Strong in communication (English and Bahasa) both verbal & written
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

• Coordinate all activities, resources, equipment, and information related to assigned projects.
• Liaise with landlords and relevant stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, timelines, schedules, and budgets (BoQ/Cost Estimation).
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of each project, implementing changes or adaptations as necessary to ensure smooth execution.
• Plan and organize all necessary activities to ensure project implementation aligns with set objectives and targets.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead, manage, and coordinate ongoing projects to achieve expected quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Create and manage comprehensive project documentation, including weekly and monthly progress reports.
