PROJECT MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities:

·     Lead and coordination throughout the entire project duration ensuring effective integration of planning, execution and monitoring functions.

·     Accountable & responsible to deliver project completion within quality satisfactory to project requirements.

·     Manage project budgets, time schedules, resources and potential risks to ensure successful completion within time and cost, while maintaining profitability.

·     Monitor project progress and milestones, identifying arising issues early and implementing appropriate actions to maintain project timelines.

·     Foster strong working relationships with internal team, clients, consultants,authorities, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth projects progress.

·     Manage day to day construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards , environmental and regulatory requirements.

·     To attend or chair project meetings with the Client, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and the relevant authorities.

·     To prepare weekly/monthly project progress reports for submission to Client, Consultants or the project team.

·     Plan and Manage dispatchment of resources at site including materials, machinery and workforce.

·     Support the review of key project decisions, procurement strategies and contract variations in coordination with the Project Director and Contract Department

·     Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Management System (QHSE MS).

Requirment:

·         Possess at least diploma/degree  in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or other equivalent

·         Minimum 5  years of experience in Civil & Structural  or Infrastructural projects.

·         Good management skill  and able to liaise with sub-contractors, consultants and relevant authorities and attain targeted outcome.

·         Good communication skills and able to interact and communicate efficiently and work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

·         Proficient in English and BM . Fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage.
