Project Manager

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate assigned project from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget. Prepare and negotiate timetables, cost estimates, budgets, and contracts to ensure smooth project execution. Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions. Maintain and develop relations with existing clients and prospect for new business opportunities. Present to stakeholders reports on project progress as well as challenges and solutions. Foresee and strategically eliminate blockers and potential risks. Enforce safety standards and guidelines are followed on the job site and that all safety codes are met in construction.
