Project Manager

Role Description This full-time Project Manager role at Smart Design Expo is an on-site position located in the Poznan Metropolitan Area. The Project Manager oversees exhibition and event projects from initiation through completion, coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project scopes, organizing logistics, tracking progress, and resolving issues that may impact schedules or quality. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, as well as monitoring inspections, approvals, and documentation to maintain high standards. The Project Manager is expected to provide clear communication, report on project status, and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Candidates should possess logistics management skills to coordinate transportation, storage, and on-site setup of exhibition materials.
• Candidates should have excellent organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Candidates should have proficiency with project management and office software tools; experience in the exhibition, events, or construction industry is an advantage.
• Candidates should ideally hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management, logistics, engineering, or a related field.
