What You'll Be Doing

• Lead industrial CAPEX projects valued between $1M and $25M, from feasibility and engineering design through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contractors and engineering partners to deliver safe, high-quality projects.
• Drive technical decision-making, risk management and project execution across greenfield, brownfield and plant optimisation investments.
• Collaborate with operational teams, engineering specialists and senior stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of project management experience within heavy industry, manufacturing, mining, minerals, cement or construction.
• Proven experience managing industrial CAPEX projects, including engineering, construction and commissioning.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial plant equipment, engineering design and project cost control.
• An engineering or relevant technical degree, or equivalent industry experience. PMP certification is advantageous.
