Project Manager | Commercial Construction

Atlanta, GA | $120,000-$165,000 Base + Project Profit Bonus

A well-established and growing general contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their Atlanta team. This is a great opportunity for a construction professional with strong ground-up experience who wants to take on large, complex projects with an established GC.

The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial, cold storage, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or similar commercial construction projects. Tilt-wall or tilt-up experience is highly preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through completion

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and engineers

• Handle buyout, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications

• Maintain project schedules and cost controls

• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships

• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and project teams

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience

• Proven Project Manager experience with a General Contractor

• Strong ground-up construction experience

• Background in industrial, cold storage, distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar projects

• Tilt-wall or tilt-up experience preferred

• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management

• Strong communication and client-facing skills

• Stable career history with demonstrated progression

• Procore experience preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $120,000-$165,000 base salary

• Up to 3% of project profit
