Project Manager

STM Associates has been retained by an international mining and metals company to find a Project Manager for their advanced-stage, polymetallic mine development project. The successful candidate will safely deliver the project from feasibility through construction, commissioning, and operation readiness.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Project leadership
• Engineering and feasibility
• Schedule and cost control
• Procurement and contract management
• Construction and execution
• Permitting, environmental, and stakeholder management
• Risk management
• Reporting and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mining, construction management, project management, etc.
• 10-15 years of experience managing major mining or mineral processing projects through feasibility, engineering, procurement, and construction
• Professional engineering designation & Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent would be assets
