We are a leading provider of entry solutions including specialised technology solutions for the hospitality industry, offering integrated room automation, energy management, and security products tailored for accommodation providers. We have built a strong reputation for supplying, installing, and servicing electronic locks, digital safes, energy‑saving devices, and energy‑efficient mini-bars, and is a preferred supplier to major hotel groups, resorts, serviced apartments, backpacker accommodations, and student housing across the Southern Pacific region. We are looking for a Project Administrator who is experienced in working with working in this industry to work with our Sydney team.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Manage projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

· Coordinate customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.

· Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical documents, BOQs, reports, and project records.

· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide regular status updates and reporting.

· Review project requirements and tender documentation to support project planning and delivery.

· Provide responsive customer service and build strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

YOUR SKILLS, EXPERTISE & KEY ACCOUNTABILITES

Skills and experience we are looking for:

· Project Management: Experience delivering projects from planning through to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and contractor coordination.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

· Documentation & Administration: Experience preparing and managing project documentation, reports, drawings, and technical records.

· Commercial Awareness: Ability to monitor costs, manage risks, and support profitable project delivery.

· Organisation & Problem Solving: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues effectively.

· Systems & Industry Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience in construction, building products, security, or related project-based environments.
