Project Manager

Job Summary:

To provides leadership, supervision, direction, coordination and management control in the Project Management department while managing and executing projects using project management methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Projects When Needed.
• Oversee Project Teams from Project Inception to Installation.
• Oversee Project(s) Planning, Execution and Budget to Ensure Smooth Project Flow.
• Manages The Departments Resources & Forecast for Future Projects.
• Oversee & Enforce the Departments Use & Development of Standards & Project Management Tools.
• Approves Department Time Off, Expense Reports, and Overtime Request.
• Prepares Department Project Reports for Bi-Weekly Status Report to Management.
• Mentors Project Management Department.
• Prepares And Preforms Annual Reviews with Project Manager Team.
• Consults & Advise Director of Engineering of The Status of The Project Management Team.
• Leads Project Review Meeting with PM's & Managers.

• Experience in managing Project Risks through assessment, identifications, and Mitigations of Potential Risks.
• Experience in providing after-sales technical feedback to engineering teams for equipment performance and reliability improvements.
• Experience in making recommendations for process, quality, and cost improvements.

Education & Experience:

• PMP Certification.
• Experience in Automation or Industrial Environment.
• Experience as A Project Manager.
• Experience in The Industrial Furnace Industry.
• Experience In Successfully Managing Projects Ranging From 50M and up.
