Project Manager

About the role

Lead overall project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure successful delivery of road and civil projects within stipulated timeframes, budgets, and client expectations. Ensure all works comply with client requirements, company quality standards, BCA regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project milestones
• Identify, address, and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team promptly
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and control the critical path to prevent delays
• Prepare and review project reports, cost estimates, and documentation for management and client updates
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board
• At least 8 years of working experience in road construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects
• Proven track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office applications
• Valid Class 3 driving license
