Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage project scope, priorities, and change requests.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet agreed objectives, timelines, quality standards, and business goals.
• Drive problem-solving and decision-making to keep projects on track.
• Support continuous improvement of project management practices and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• PMP, or other project management certification is an advantage.
