Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management team and lead customer engagements that deliver measurable business outcomes while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting customer-facing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. Working closely with architects, consultants, analysts, specialists, customers, and vendor partners, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to quality and business objectives using SoftwareOne's Project Delivery Framework (pmOne).

Key responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are executed successfully within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, governance frameworks, risk registers, status reports, and other project documentation.
• Coordinating project teams, resources, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and successful delivery outcomes.
• Managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and overall project profitability.
• Building strong customer relationships, proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promoting project management best practices, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and identification of new business opportunities within customer engagements.

Job Requirements

• Experience managing customer-facing IT, cloud, infrastructure, software, consulting, or professional services projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering projects using structured methodologies such as PMO frameworks, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid approaches.
• Excellent planning, risk management, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Experience working with project management and governance tools such as Microsoft Project, PSA tools, ServiceNow, CRM platforms, or similar solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage project budgets, drive process improvements, and support organizational change initiatives.
