Commercial & Financial Control
- Take responsibility for project cost control, including tracking spend against budget, weekly revenue forecasts and project GP throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage subcontractor performance, applications for payment, and variations.
- Work closely with finance and procurement teams to ensure accurate forecasting and cost reporting.
- Support the preparation of project reports for senior management.
Programme & Resource Management
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure resources are available when required.

- Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
Quality, Compliance & H&S
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and quality control across all projects.
- Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture on site.
