We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with 10–12 years of UAE experience in building construction, available to join immediately.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems.
- Project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Budget control and cost management.
- Variation claims preparation and management.
- Material estimation and quantity take-offs.
- HVAC design and technical coordination.
- Team leadership and workforce management.
- Subcontractor management.
- Stakeholder coordination and client communication.
- Performance reporting and progress monitoring.
- Conducting and attending project progress meetings.
- PMP certification is preferred.
Experience: 10–12 years in UAE building construction.
Availability: Immediate joiner required.
Work Location: In person
