Project Manager

HIR Talent is partnering with an established construction and property group to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of luxury multi-residential projects across Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of residential projects, taking ownership of project delivery from pre-construction through to practical completion and handover.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple residential construction projects, ensuring programme, budget, quality and safety objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and subcontractor performance.
• Lead and coordinate site managers, supervisors and project teams.
• Work closely with clients, architects, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Manage project reporting, variations, contracts and risk.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, WHS requirements and quality standards.
• Drive successful project outcomes through proactive leadership and effective communication.

About You

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within the NSW construction industry.
• Proven track record delivering multi-residential or apartment projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts and project financials.
• Experience managing subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Engineering or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
