Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of engineering and construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing client communication, monitoring progress and risks, and preparing regular status reports. The role involves supervising procurement and expediting of materials, collaborating with inspection and logistics teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of efficient project management processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to lead project teams and manage budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Expediting and Expeditor experience with a focus on tracking materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to project sites.
• Inspection and quality control capabilities, with experience in overseeing site inspections, verifying compliance with technical specifications, and addressing non-conformities.
• Logistics Management skills, including coordination of material flow, transportation, and site delivery to support uninterrupted project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Proven experience managing engineering or construction projects, preferably within the Middle East region.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office; familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, adapt to dynamic project environments, and make sound decisions under time constraints.
