Project Manager

Position: SENIOR MANAGER – PROJECT MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION

Work Location: Bangalore (Primary) with travel across India and overseas as per project requirements

Our capabilities include: EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical, PLC Programming, and Turnkey Automation Projects.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Project Management & Execution who can establish and lead a professional Project Management function, develop a capable project management team, and coordinate effectively across Engineering, Sales & Business Development, SCM, HR, Finance & Accounts and other functions.

Responsibilities:

• Establish the Project Management Function.
• Project Planning and Scheduling.
• End-to-End Project Execution.
• Cross-Functional Coordination.
• Project Cost and Commercial Control.
• Customer Communication and Stakeholder Management.
• Project Documentation and Governance.
• Resource Planning and Utilization.
• Project MIS and Management Reviews.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 10 – 15+ years of relevant experience in project management, engineering project execution or turnkey industrial projects.
• Candidates should have demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Industries:

• Industrial Automation.
• Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
• Machine Building and Special Purpose Machines.
• Engineering Services.
• Robotics and Assembly Automation.
• Electrical and Control Systems.
• EPC / Industrial Projects.
• Manufacturing Equipment.
• Material Handling and Conveyor Systems.

Software Skills:

Working knowledge of:

• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software
• PowerPoint
• ERP / project management systems
• Project dashboards and reporting tools

Knowledge of Primavera, Jira, Zoho Projects or other project management platforms is an advantage where relevant to the candidate's experience.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline preferred.
• MBA, postgraduate qualification in project management, or PMP certification will be an advantage.
