Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end civil construction activities for high-rise luxury residential apartment projects.
• Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project milestones.
• Supervise structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Ensure construction quality complies with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and execution against approved timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Control construction costs, minimize wastage, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and site quality procedures.
• Review drawings, resolve site execution issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports, manage contractor performance, and ensure timely project handover.
