Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver technology projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong project management, stakeholder communication, risk management, and team leadership skills, along with experience managing software development projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope changes and communicate their impact.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular progress reports.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication.
• Track project budgets, resource utilization, and delivery performance.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies when working with Scrum teams.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve project delivery challenges.

Required Skills

• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Experience managing IT or software development projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and project timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration tools.
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with cloud, data, enterprise software, or digital transformation projects.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or project management certification is an advantage.
