Project Manager

A Dallas builder of high-end custom homes and renovations is looking for a project manager who’s been running this kind of work recently.

You’ll be the link between the homeowner and the jobsite. The numbers, the schedule, the client meetings and every change along the way.

What you’ll do

• Build estimates and budgets, and track cost to complete
• Handle permitting, scheduling and ordering
• Lead client meetings and keep homeowners confident in the plan
• Write and manage change orders and purchase orders

What you bring

• Recent experience managing high-end custom homes or luxury renovations
• 7+ years in residential construction project management
• A firm grip on budgets, change orders and cost to complete
• A track record with demanding homeowners and a high finish standard

Bonus points

• Construction science degree
• Dallas-area custom builder experience
• Both new construction and whole-home renovation
