What they need
This role requires someone with strong hands-on experience in delivering complex high-rise projects up to 110 floors, from planning through to completion.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction/project management
Strong background in high-rise / super high-rise buildings
Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects
Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (or related field)
PMP certification is an advantage
