Location Coverage: Santa Rosa, Laguna and travel to North Luzon, South Luzon, North Manila, South Manila, Visayas, and Mindanao

Responsibilities

·       Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation when necessary.

·       Lead and manage the project team, including task assignment, role clarification, and performance monitoring.

·       Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to TMP‑ISD and stakeholders to maintain alignment with project objectives.

·       Monitor overall project progress, schedule, and performance, and implement corrective actions as required.

·       Ensure compliance with approved project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.

·       Facilitate problem‑solving and conflict resolution within the project team and across functional groups.

·       Maintain proper documentation of project activities, decisions, risks, and outcomes.

·       Conduct post‑project evaluations and lead lessons‑learned sessions to support continuous improvement for future projects.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field

·       Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead

·       Experience working with cross‑functional teams in an agile or hybrid project environment

·       Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

·       Knowledge of using project management DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps

·       Works independently with minimal supervision

·       Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
