Project Manager

What you'll be doing

• Planning and scheduling project timelines, resources and budgets in accordance with client specifications and company standards
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitoring project progress and performance against established KPIs and project milestones
• Managing project budgets, tracking expenditures and controlling costs to prevent budget overruns
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure work meets contractual and regulatory requirements
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, reports and records
• Leading and supervising project teams, including subcontractors and on-site personnel
• Managing client communications and providing regular progress updates and status reports
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations on site

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in construction project management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, equipment, and best practices
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise diverse teams
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants and contractors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental legislation and regulations
• Strong knowledge and experience with stage rigging
