Job Summary
We are looking for a Project/Delivery Manager who can manage end-to-end delivery
across SaaS and SAP projects, with strong stakeholder management, Agile/Waterfall
project execution, eort and cost tracking, risk management, and SAP delivery
experience across implementation, integration, UAT, cutover, and go-live. The ideal
candidate should be able to bridge business, product, technical, and customer teams
while ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timelines, eort, and budget.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders across
SaaS product and SAP services projects.
Coordinate with the Product Manager and Solution Architect to clarify customer
requirements, project scope, timelines, and delivery expectations.
¢ Ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle and support eective
communication between business and technical teams.
Project Management:
¢ Collaborate with the development team to dene user stories, plan sprints, set
timelines, and conrm feature commitments.
¢ Ensure product readiness by coordinating delivery activities and tracking progress
against agreed milestones.
¢ Identify project risks early and propose mitigation plans to support smooth customer
onboarding.
Eort and Cost Management:
¢ Monitor eort utilization, timesheets, and deliverable tracking for development and
testing teams.
¢ Lead developers and team leads to ensure timely execution and accountability.

¢ Track progress against planned eort and cost targets, escalating risks or deviations
as needed.
SAP Delivery Management:

• Manage SAP project phases using structured methodology including Prepare, Explore,
  Realize, Deploy, and Run/Hypercare stages. • Coordinate functional and technical
  teams on requirements gathering, t-gap analysis, conguration, and integration/UAT
  testing.
• Manage cutover planning, data migration validation, and go-live readiness for SAP
  engagements.
• Own change request (CR) intake, impact assessment, and approval workow to
  control scope across both delivery models.
  Governance and Reporting: • Maintain project documentation including RAID logs,
  status reports, and steering committee decks.
• Provide regular project health updates to leadership and customers, agging risks,
  blockers, and dependencies proactively.
• Ensure audit-readiness of project artifacts, particularly for SAP engagements with
  compliance requirements.
  Preferred Skills:
  Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to inuence without direct authority.
  Strong analytical and risk-assessment capability. Comfortable operating in both Agile
  and Waterfall/hybrid delivery contexts.
