Project Manager – Data Center Construction (Thailand)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of Hyperscale data center projects in Thailand. You will own the project from planning to handover, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end project management across the full lifecycle, covering schedule, quality, safety, and cost.
• Develop and maintain project plans to ensure on-time delivery.

Quality and Safety

• Oversee construction quality and site safety, ensuring all work meets required standards.

Cost Control

• Manage project costs effectively, and review and approve variation orders and site instructions.

Technical Management

• Coordinate drawing reviews, MEP coordination, and technical briefings.

Procurement Support

• Work with the Procurement team to refine tender documents, evaluate bids, and assess suppliers.

Handover and Compliance

• Manage the handover to Operations and Maintenance, including the physical facility and all project documentation.
• Complete project completion acceptance and obtain the required government approvals.

Requirements

• Proficient in English as a working language.
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale data center projects (2,000+ racks), with involvement from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communicator who collaborates effectively across departments.
• A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Well-organized and self-driven, with a genuine passion for the work.
