Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of product development projects across web, mobile, and platform technologies.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate product roadmaps into actionable project plans and milestones.
• Own project schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation across multiple product initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track progress using metrics such as velocity, burndown, and release readiness.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinate with Developer, UX/UI, QA, and Support teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and risks clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and team collaboration.
• Support post-release activities, including monitoring, issue resolution, and product enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular progress reports to all relevant stakeholders.
• Plan, execute, and manage IT projects across software development, infrastructure, and system integration initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change management processes.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT product-based or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and product development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with project and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
