Project Manager

Role Purpose:

To drive process optimization, automation, digital transformation initiatives, and system enhancements while ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, effective risk management, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Process Automation & Digital Transformation

Identify processes suitable for automation and digitization initiatives.

Design and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual intervention.

Drive continuous process improvement projects across functions.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend automation opportunities.

Systems Management & Support

Conduct end-to-end system testing (SIT/UAT) before production deployment.

Ensure smooth implementation of system enhancements and releases.

Provide production support and coordinate resolution of system-related issues.

Monitor system performance and recommend corrective and preventive measures.

Project & Change Management

Manage new projects, change requests, and system enhancement initiatives from requirement gathering to implementation.

Ensure timely execution of projects within scope, budget, and agreed timelines.

Support new product launches by coordinating system readiness, testing, and deployment activities.

Risk, Control & Compliance

Implement and monitor risk and control frameworks for operational processes.

Ensure system and process changes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Drive automation initiatives arising from audit observations and regulatory recommendations.

Stakeholder Management

Liaise with business, operations, technology, compliance, risk, and vendor teams for successful project execution.

Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirement workshops, and project governance reviews.

Provide regular project and MIS updates to management.

Preferred candidate profile

5-12 years of experience in Banking Operations, Technology, Process Excellence, Digital Transformation, or Project Management.

Experience in automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or equivalent.

Proven experience in managing system implementations, process transformation projects, and stakeholder engagement.Role & responsibilities
