Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Identity and Access Management initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for overseeing project planning, stakeholder coordination, resource management, and governance activities to ensure IAM-related workstreams are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with broader program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

IAM Program Delivery

• Own and manage the overall IAM delivery roadmap, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are achieved.
• Oversee key IAM initiatives, including:
• Identity lifecycle management for internal users
• Identity lifecycle management for external users and partners
• Application onboarding and integration activities
• End-user communications and change-related initiatives
• Ensure IAM workstreams remain aligned with wider program plans and dependencies.

Project Management & Coordination:

• Partner closely with Product Owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Track resources, dependencies, risks, and action items across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve blockers, clarify requirements, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Produce regular project status updates, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

Governance & Vendor Management:

• Support project go:vernance processes and maintain delivery documentation.
• Manage statements of work, purchase orders, budget tracking, and resource onboarding activities.
• Oversee relationships with third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
• Ensure reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with global and local teams to ensure alignment across business and technology functions.
• Support communication and change management activities related to IAM implementations and transitions.

Cyber Security Collaboration:

In addition to project delivery responsibilities, the role will collaborate with security teams on initiatives aimed at improving the organization's overall security posture, including:

• Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
• Third-party cyber risk management
• Threat intelligence and monitoring
• Vulnerability management
• Certificate and encryption management
• Cyber defense operations
• Cloud security
• Data protection and information security

Ideal Background:

• Strong experience managing enterprise IAM programs or projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Experience working within large, matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with information security and cyber security concepts within enterprise environments.
