Job Context The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including developers, architects, contractors, and property owners, to ensure that projects are delivered effectively and meet their intended goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring progress on specific projects to ensure that deadlines and objectives are achieved.
• Prepare construction plans, schedules, and bill of quantities.
• Capable of running civil construction for commercial high-rise buildings independently and confidently.
• Coordinating with architects, contractors, engineers, government officials, and other stakeholders involved in the project to ensure smooth project execution.
• Keeping track of permits, inspections, and other paperwork required for the project to move forward.
• Creating detailed timelines and plans for each phase of the project, including milestones and deadlines.
• Reviewing blueprints, sketches, renderings, or other drawings of proposed designs and renovations to determine feasibility and validity.
• Managing the budget for the project by ensuring that costs are controlled and all funds are spent wisely.
• Monitoring procurement of necessary equipment, materials, and supplies for the projects.
• Maintaining records related to construction projects including permits, contracts, and zoning regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Responsible for the timely completion of civil construction as per plan.
• Ensure quality of work at every phase of construction maintaining quality control and standard procedures.

Requirements

• Experience: 8-10 years
• Education: bachelor of science in engineering (b.sc. engg.)
