Project Manager

Purpose: Ensure the successful management, completion and economic success of contracts

Responsibilities:

Co-ordinating construction activities on site.

Arranging safety induction & training, work permits.

Prepare method statements and risk assessments for construction activities.

Ensure construction operations are well organised and coordinated.

Ensure project meets budget and timelines by reviewing work requirements, schedules, and cost reports on a continuous basis and participate in project reviews and forecasting.

Responsible for site surveys, contract execution/project start-up, and closeout.

Assist with schedulers and project managers in the completion of projects.

Assist with the preparation of technical submissions and pre-qualifications contract documentation.

Assist with the preparation of tenders which involves capital cost estimates, projects programmes material quantities and supplier quotations.

Attend pre-construction and project status meetings with customers as needed.

Supervise technical investigations to gather appropriate data to design specified projects.

Prepare programs using MS Project

Monitor progress against the program

Issue progress reports.

· Travel nationwide and overnight if required.

· Comply with USA Ltd. and USSR Ltd. ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements i.e. performing work in accordance with S.O.P’s and maintaining document information/completing department forms/records as required.

· Understanding and applying the company quality policy statement in all aspects of work.

· Help develop and improve USA Ltd. And USSR LTD. internal processes and management system by reporting corrective actions, updates and improvement ideas.

Pay: From €43,000.00 per year
