Project manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and risks, ensuring corrective actions where necessary.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Implement AI-assisted tools for scheduling, reporting, and risk management.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience managing projects in retail, logistics, or industrial sectors.
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Familiarity with AI-driven project tracking tools advantageous.

Pay: R25 000,00 - R45 000,00 per month
