As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Project Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager – Web Development to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all web-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of website principles, web performance, accessibility, and enterprise-level content architecture.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver web development projects from ideation to launch.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure that all teams are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Monitor day-to-day project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment with marketing initiatives, business objectives, and global deadlines.
• Oversee the development of new website features, landing pages, integrations, and improvements.
• Act as the main communication bridge between developers, UI/UX, QA, marketing, and content
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Effectively communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical documentation.
• Coordinate handovers between development, quality assurance, and deployment teams.
• Maintain clear project documentation including requirements, workflows, timelines, and release notes.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports, and KPIs for management.
• Enforce process standards for efficient delivery.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in Project Management within Web Development or Digital fields.
• Understanding of web technologies, and deployment workflows.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, Confluence, Figma.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• PMP/Prince II or/and Agile/Scrum certifications would be considered an advantage.
