Project Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in industrial construction, including construction projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience in construction.
• Proven experience managing construction projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, labor, materials, and project resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Puerto Rico and membership with CIAPR.
• Experience working in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing pharmaceutical facility renovations, expansions, and shutdown projects.
• Familiarity with construction activities in active pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
