Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10–12 years of experience in IT Services, preferably having worked across multiple domains and technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking and monitoring .
• Prepare project plans, schedules, estimates, milestones, and resource plans.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues .
• Manage change requests, scope changes, dependencies, and escalations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and stakeholder management .
• Conduct regular status reviews and provide clear project reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate effectively with technical, QA, business, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, quality standards, and delivery methodologies.
• Drive team collaboration, accountability, productivity, and timely resolution of blockers.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, estimation, and solution discussions when required.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–12 years of experience in IT Services / Software Delivery.
• Experience managing projects across multiple domains and technology environments .
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent .
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/work streams and work effectively in a fast-paced IT Services environment.
