Project Manager

Hallmark Stone is seeking an organized, customer-focused Project Manager to coordinate countertop projects from sale through installation. This position works closely with customers, dealers, production staff, installers, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

· Manage countertop projects through all phases of production and installation

· Communicate with customers, dealers, and homeowners via phone and email

· Schedule templates, installations, service appointments, and follow-up visits

· Utilize company software to track project progress and maintain accurate job records

· Collaborate with sales, production, scheduling, and installation teams to resolve issues

· Proactively communicate project updates and address customer concerns

· Coordinate solutions to project challenges while maintaining customer satisfaction

· Ensure all project information is accurate and up to date

Qualifications

· Positive and professional attitude

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

· Self-motivated and able to work independently

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

· Previous project management, customer service, construction, or scheduling experience preferred
