Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to plan and coordinate project activities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through execution and closeout.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements in line with business goals.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to support successful project delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and workstreams, and communicate responsibilities to the project team.
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and address risks, issues, and changes in a timely manner.
• Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and provide clear direction to support delivery.
• Track budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure project activities follow approved plans, quality standards, safety procedures, and company requirements.
• Prepare project reports and documentation, and maintain accurate records of decisions, actions, and outcomes.
• Evaluate project outcomes, capture lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing project teams, coordinating stakeholders, and handling multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong planning skills and attention to detail, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ability to identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
• Professional conduct when representing the company.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project requirements.
