Responsibilities

responsible for the end-to-end planning, tracking, and risk management of our project portfolio, ensuring seamless collaboration between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.

Facilitate the structured setup of new IT projects, including milestone planning, resource tracking, and KPI definition.

Monitor project progress (scope, budget, timeline) against IT delivery commitments and provide regular status dashboards for leadership.

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and cross-project dependencies.

Act as a key liaison between project teams, IT delivery units, and external partners.

Skills

Must have

3+ years of professional experience in Project Management, IT project steering (ideally within the financial services industry).

Strong understanding of agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management frameworks.

Proficiency in standard project management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Excellent analytical capabilities, organizational skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Experience of working in an agile environment.

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and fast changing environments.

Self-motivated with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing.

Excellent communications and documentation/presentation skills.
