Project Manager

Job Summary

For over 20 years, Five Inc's founders have pioneered fabric graphic solutions for the trade show, event, and retail markets. We're looking for an organized, detail-driven Project Manager to ensure jobs are entered accurately, files are prepared correctly, and schedules stay on track from order acknowledgement through delivery.

Duties

• Ensure jobs are entered accurately and completely before they move to production.
• Prepare files and resolve art issues using Adobe Creative Suite as needed.
• Serve as the liaison between the assigned account manager and production.
• Communicate with clients on order adjustments such as pricing, quantity, size or artwork.
• Provide clients with order acknowledgements detailing cost, quantity, and material at the start of each job.
• Address scheduling issues and consult with production to resolve them as they arise.
• Keep clear, accurate notes for all departments.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) *Required*
• Ability to organize large projects and set project milestones.
• Stong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently within a fluctuating projuction environment.
• Timely, clear, and professional communication with customers and co-workers.
• Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented.
• Quick learner, willing to take on additional duties as requested.
• Available to work occasional weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in printing, digital imaging, or graphics production
• Familiarity with FTP servers and file-sharing sites.

Hours

• 8:00 - 4:30pm, including a 30 min. lunch. Hours may vary as needed based on workload.
• Overtime as needed.
• Adheres to company attendance policy.

Compensation & Growth

• Starting pay range $26.00-$28.00/hr, with the opportunity to grow to $34.00 / hr as skills and job requirements expand.

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
