Project Manager

Responsibilities Manage projects from initial briefing through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and deliverables are met. Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up. Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant teams to deliver suitable project solutions. Prepare project schedules, presentations, reports, proposals, and project updates. Support business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, client meetings, presentations, and proposals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Coordinate project requirements, revisions, approvals, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions. Conduct client, project, and site visits as required. Travel to GCC countries for client meetings, project visits, presentations, and business development activities. Ensure projects are delivered in line with client expectations and company standards. Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications Bachelor s degree, preferably in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management, engineering, architecture, interiors, or a related field. Strong project management and client coordination experience. Background in engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related technical/creative field is preferred. Experience in business development, client relationship management, or sales is an advantage. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage projects from concept through completion. Willingness and ability to travel across GCC countries. Arabic and English language proficiency is preferred. UAE or GCC market experience is an advantage.
