Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.

• Manage project budget, cost control, and financial performance.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Monitor project progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and authority requirements.

• Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

• Manage subcontractors' performance and resolve site issues.

• Prepare method statements, work schedules, and technical submissions.

• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project status.

• Work closely with Quantity Surveyor on variations, claims, and final accounts.

• Lead and supervise site engineers and project team members.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Singapore (MUST HAVE civil engineering & infrastructure works experience such as roadworks, drainage, earthworks).

• Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and construction practices.

• Experience in managing projects for LTA / PUB / HDB or infrastructure works is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

• Good knowledge in project planning and cost control.

• Familiar with contract administration and project documentation.

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project planning software

• Possess safety certifications is an advantage.
