Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and follow up with contractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve the best terms and project costs.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) based on design drawings, working drawings, and tender documents.
• Develop project timelines and monitor progress against established targets.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues effectively.
• Plan and manage projects to meet timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
• Monitor project budgets and manage project petty cash.
• Ensure structural, finishing, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) work meets the required quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Maximum age of 40 years.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the F&B, retail, or commercial construction industry.
• Strong understanding of structural work, finishing standards, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experienced in project budgeting, cost analysis, and petty cash management.
• Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Willing to work at our Head Office in Pluit, North Jakarta.
• Willing to travel for business trips as required.
