Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to bridge business stakeholders and technology delivery teams. The ideal candidate will drive requirement discovery, project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering discussions and workshops; document business needs, scope, and functional requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technology teams.
• Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Track progress, manage risks and issues, and proactively resolve delivery bottlenecks.
• Facilitate project meetings, share status updates, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment, and project closure activities as applicable.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7-10 years of experience in project management, business engagement, or technology delivery.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in a client-facing environment.
