- Support VFX Producers, Supervisors, Leads, and Artists in the day-to-day management of VFX projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks remain on schedule.
- Identify potential bottlenecks, risks, and deadline challenges, and proactively communicate them to Producers and Supervisors.
- Coordinate and facilitate dailies, reviews, meetings, and client calls.
- Record and distribute meeting notes, action items, feedback, and project briefs.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between departments throughout production.
- Help maintain accurate project tracking and reporting using production management tools.
