Job Description

Garguena Contracting and General Services (GCGS) is looking for a qualified Project Manager to oversee and manage construction project operations in Candon City. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating manpower, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and site activities.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
• Coordinate with site engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and quality of work.
• Address construction issues and implement solutions to minimize delays.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture.
• Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect.
• With relevant experience in construction project management or site supervision is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Candon City, Ilocos Sur.
• Must be responsible, proactive, and capable of managing construction operations.

Employment Details

• Salary: Negotiable, depending on qualifications and experience.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
